Smart homes are becoming more prevalent these days. However, even if the home you are touring isn't actually a smart home, the sellers could and probably are recording your visit to their listed home.
The days of going into a home and freely/anonymously poking around and speaking your mind are gone. When you enter a listing, assume the sellers are either watching live or recording your visit for later viewing.
The take away is this. Maintain a objective attitude while in the home and do not discuss interest or offer strategies while in the house. You are likely putting yourself at a great negotiating disadvantage by doing so. Find a comfortable location to talk about homes you are thinking of making an offer and sit down with your agent. It is better for you and you'll not tip your hand to the sellers.
