Yep, it's that ubiquitous orange and white construction barrel!
But seriously, in all of the years that I've lived in this area I've watched it grow into a vibrant and inviting place to live. Yes, there are plenty of construction barrels around but that's because we are constantly improving our roads and bridges, building homes and schools and libraries and parks. Many businesses come to this area as well which helps to make this a place people want to be, to raise a family or just to take advantage of the great weather, the convenient location and everything else the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area has to offer.
We're located about halfway between the mountains and the coast, making for a great chance for a weekend getaway close to home. We have a vibrant economy, a diverse population and many leisure pursuits. With Research Triangle Park (RTP) we have the second largest place in the country for cutting-edge technology (and without the high housing costs!).
Yes, people continue to flock to our area, and as a result you will see many of these new "state trees" but it's because we are committed to constantly improving the quality of life for our many residents.
Come join us and find out what it would be like to live in such a wonderful place we are fortunate enough to call home.

"We were completely satisfied with Kim. Kim went above and beyond traditional real estate agent responsibilities. Besides all the normal and big things that she did to help us sell our home she also did so many small things to help that made our home more marketable. She was very knowledgable in every aspect of the process not only giving valuable information, but most importantly sharing her insight into making the most of every part of the sale of our home. She was incredibly patient with me and treated our house as special as I thought it was. At all times Kim was encouraging that the house would sell, and encouraging with all the extra things that we did to the home, since it was an older home, to market and finish the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling their home. I am sure that she is just as accomplished, sensitive, attentive, knowledgable and persistent in helping someone find a home and I am happy to recommend her for that as well. On a personal note, I will miss having to work with her as I enjoyed working with her immensely and greatly value her opinions. I always felt that she was working "just for me" even though I knew that she had other people she was working with. Kim made me feel that anything I had to say was important and responded to messages quickly, cheerfulliy and competently, never keeping me waiting to hear back regarding our home. Anyone would do well to have her as their Real Estate Agent. "
